No refund. Exchange or credit note within 10 days with original packaging unaltered and original invoice. No exchanges for hygiene products such as mattresses, pillows, bedding ans sleep products,etc.
In the event of a cancellation of your order on your part or if the order is not possible ( product cannot be shipped), a 3% fee will be charged as administrative costs. Please read the product descriptions carefully, to avoid unnecessary cancellations.
In case of defect, please contact us to explain the circumstances and we will consider the possibility of exchange. In case we accpet to replace the defective item, you must send it back at your expense and we will inspect the item to approve the exchange. If our team approves the exchange, a new item will then be immediately sent without charge. It should be noted that all prodcuts are carefully inspected by our staff before shipping. In the case where an error would have occured in the shipping process and the item received does not match the one ordered, please contact us and we will send you the correct item at no additional cost.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. Despite our efforts to update our website as quickly as possible, it is possible that some items are out of stock. Despite the fact that the personal data of our clients are required to fulfill orders, clients must be assured that the use of his data is restricted to transactions. Tout pour le Dos offers free shipping (regular service) via Canada Post for all online purchase over 175$ before taxes, before promotions, in selected provinces. If the chosen product is too large to be sent by mail (mattress, recliners,etc), transport cost will be assume by the client. For larger packages we use Expedibus. Express transport costs will be charged to the customer. Our shipments are made via Canada Post. Our delivery delay may vary from 1 to 10 working days depending on destination and availability. Your orders are processed and shipped the same day or the day after. We only ship to Canada. In addition, to prevent fraud, we do not ship to postal box.
