How to use
- For relaxation and meditation, use at room temperature.
- COLD therapy reduces inflammation and bruising, soothes pain, and relieves migraines.
- Store the mask in a sealed plastic bag in the freezer so it's ready to use cold.
HOT therapy relieves dry eyes, helps clear airways during sinusitis, and aids in relaxation. - Microwave: Place the mask on a paper towel in a microwave oven. Heat the mask for approximately 20 to 30 seconds, depending on the oven's heat.
Conventional oven: Preheat your oven to 175°F (375°C) and place the mask on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Heat the mask for a maximum of 10 minutes. Do not use in a gas oven. - CAUTION! Be careful to avoid burning yourself. Move the seeds around in the pillow to distribute the heat. Always check the mask's temperature by placing it on the inside of your wrist. If you wish to reheat the mask while it is still warm, the heating time will be shorter. Never leave a child under 3 years old unattended with a mask. Do not leave the hot mask on the eyes for more than 5 minutes at a time.
